Sercotel Amistad Murcia

Room was great overlooking a park to the rear of the hotel. Location was perfect for what I needed to do. I ended up deciding to have breakfast at the hotel - the selection on offer was brilliant and I could not of wished for a nicer fruit salad first thing. The staff were outstanding- so polite to a non native Spanish speaker as well as cheerful and approachable. Checkin and checkout staff were friendly, polite, VERY tolerant of my horrendous attempt at Spanish with polite and cheerful corrections- will stay there again without a shadow of a doubt

I thought the location of the hotel was brilliant. The staff were all very friendly and the room was a great size with lots of facilities and all you would need for a city break.

Location a few minutes walk from the Plaza Flores which is where the bars and cafes are, and also a few minutes walk the bus station

Very friendly and helpful staff, good room, and good bathroom! Nice comfy shower! Walking distance to the city and crawling distance to El Corte Ingles. Note: visit Real Casino, for it is very pretty and quite different

We only stayed for one night on our way somewhere else, but it was definitely worth it. We often stay at Sercotel Hoteles so we were not disappointed. The lady at the reception was really friendly and gave us a lot of information so our short stay. The location could not be better as it is close to everything you need to see. We walked around the area and also the bold part of town within minutes.
